Common issues
I cannot sign in
Use the same sign-in method you used when creating your account: Apple, Google or phone number.
I cannot see nearby people or activities
Make sure location access is enabled for HidR in your device settings.
I cannot upload photos
Check that the app has permission to access your camera and photo library.
Report a user or activity
Use the reporting tools available directly in the app. For an immediate safety emergency, also contact the appropriate emergency services.
